Documents to be submitted for GST Returns

+7 System - GST Returns will be completed on 7th day from the date of submission of all documents listed below on first-cum first-serve basis

  • Details of all Purchases during the month
  • Details of all Sales and other income during the month
  • Bank Statement for the month along with particulars. (Challans and Cheque Details)
  • Details of all Expenses during the month

Example: Electricity Charges, Maintenance, Freight, Wages Paid, Job Work Charges, Carriage Outwards or Inwards, Coolie, Conveyance, Fuel, Repairs, Postage and Courier, Printing and Stationery, Salary and Bonus, Staff Welfare, Rent Paid, Telephone Expenses, Travelling Expenses, General Expenses etc.,

Marking on Sales Bills

  • B - for Bank Receipt
  • C - for Cash Receipt
  • D - for Debit or Credit Card Receipts

Marking on Purchase Bills

  • B - for Bank Payments
  • C - for Cash Payments
